The Benefits Launch Manager will manage the full implementation lifecycle of Miter’s Benefits Administration product, which serves over 150 clients and has a 60 % attach rate. As an early member of the Benefits function, you will help build scalable playbooks, tools, and processes while collaborating with employers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding from kickoff through the first payroll deduction.
- Lead end‑to‑end Benefits Administration onboarding
- Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to first payroll deduction
- Translate plan documents into system configurations for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary benefits
- Collaborate with brokers and client stakeholders to ensure clean plan setup
- Conduct trainings for employers, brokers, and internal teams on Miter’s Benefits Admin
- Serve as go‑to resource for plan configuration, enrollment, eligibility, and compliance questions
- Work cross‑functionally with product, launch, and support teams to resolve issues
- Develop and iterate playbooks, SOPs, and onboarding templates for repeatable high‑quality implementations
- Identify product and process improvement opportunities based on client feedback
- Take‑home assignment and presentation

- Configure eligibility, enrollment rules, and deductions accurately in Miter
- 2+ years experience leading benefits implementations or system rollouts for external clients
- Strong knowledge of configuring and launching benefits plans (medical, dental, vision, life, FSA/HSA) in HRIS/benefits systems
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for enrollment data and configuration
- Strong project management and coordination across multiple stakeholders
