Review and analyze land features relating to opportunities, constraints, and layout options for development.
Prepare due diligence analysis, land development concepts, master development plans, and graphic illustrations using both digital and hand drawn formats.
Initiate and seek out project proposal efforts and cross selling opportunities, including scope and fee, for Planning service projects with local market leaders.
Assist in editing technical plans, details, and specifications.
Review and interpret regulatory codes, ordinances, and comprehensive plans.
Participate in project meetings with staff, clients, & regulatory agencies.
Work with senior certified planners to develop and refine design solutions.
