Track customer comments and answers, along with document resubmission.
Check and submit documents to customer & thereafter check that the submission status is integrated (for information/approval).
Will work accordingly to the overall and project related document quality checklists, compliant to company and project quality procedures & accurate quality records.
Ensures the daily documentation workflows between the involved parties as needed by using the dedicated Document Management Systems and Customer Portal like Aconex, Asite, PIMS etc.)
Supports the engineering team for specific tasks, such as Master Document List (MDL) updates, progress reports, dedicated checks of issues.
Record all necessary document receipts.
Performing addition administrative duties necessary for the smooth execution of the duration of the entire Project.
Prepare transmittal with defined deliverables list & submission dates.
Manage customer return status of project documentation within the stipulated timeframe.

Proven experience in document control, preferably within the engineering, construction, or procurement industries.
Proficiency in the following software: Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), CAD/AUTOCAD (basic level), Adobe Acrobat Professional, Nitro Pro or similar.
EHS: Execute with zero accident and without damage to the environment.
Significant and relevant experience in documentation management on large projects (volume of thousands of documents) is expected.
