Description

The role involves managing the annual budget preparation process, including data collection, collation, and analysis. Candidates must be proficient in SAP standard transactions to support historical and future work calculations, and possess advanced Excel capabilities such as analytical formulas and macros. Additional duties include analyzing data for customer reports and preparing presentations tailored to stakeholder requirements.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have an engineering background with at least eight years of experience in the oil, gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry. A basic understanding of operations and maintenance within these sectors is required, and experience with plant budget preparation is considered an advantage. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating data and approvals across multiple parties, as well as for delivering effective presentations. Proficiency in navigating web‑based platforms and handling data is also expected.
