- Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and communication.
- Accurately apply incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) to customer accounts.
- Escalate uncollectible accounts to management as necessary.
- Prepare and analyse aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Proactively contact customers regarding overdue payments via phone, email, and mail.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing disputes in a professional and effective manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Reconcile daily cash receipts with bank statements.
- Identify and suggest improvements to AR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the preparation of various AR reports, including aging summaries, collection forecasts, and bad debt analysis

- Experience with NetSuite would be preferred.
