HV Project Manager

Description

• Support procurement by preparing technical scopes of work and evaluating vendor proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure technical compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers throughout the project life cycle.
• Collaborate with the Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) function on all project-related matters..
• Provide technical guidance during installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with IEC, IEEE, EN, and other applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead engineering activities for the design, development, and delivery of HV substation and grid connection projects.
• Proactively assess and communicate project risks throughout all stages.

Requirements

HV Project Manager required to join one of Irelands largest Electrical & Instrumentation contractors on HV substation & renewables projects in Cork. Our client deliver services in Power, Energy, Renewable Energy projects and offer Engineering Services across Ireland. Services include HV/MV Installation, Commissioning, Operation, Switching and Maintenance.

• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• A valid, clean driving licence.
• High Voltage PM experience is essential.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
