Issue BOM’s for equipment purchasing,
Preparing detailed engineering drawings.
Co-ordination with Erection and commissioning for site support.
Communicating with customer and participating in technical discussions.
Aid manufacturing in case of any design queries.
Preparation & submission of calculation report.
Preparation of 3D model of structures using TEKLA structure software.
Issue the execution documentation in compliance with administrative standards,
Analysis and design calculations of Structures using Indian Code, Indian Sections or
Check the completeness of the inputs received from the Technical Project Manager in
Issue and update the standard technical documentation of the Structural Department,
Work in close co-ordination with other functional team members of mechanical, furnace and technical project management.
Preparation of Tekla 3D Model. (Workshop drawing, inclusive of bolts, spools, holes, etc.)
Create and check engineering related documents as per the Quality Management System (QMS) and Design Approval Matrix.
Keep his competencies updated with regards to the needs of the Metal Sector,
Extraction of 2D AutoCAD fabrication drawings from TEKLA model of general assembly and sub-assemblies’ drawings for each floor and grid of the structure including pieces’ mark and bolts.
Issue the execution documentation (mainly layouts, calculation notes and drawings)
Calculation of foundation loads and foundation load data of Supporting steel structure.
Calculation of Base plates sizing along with foundation bolts design.Preparation of Tekla 3D Model (Workshop drawing, inclusive of bolts, spools, holes,etc.)
Preparation of basic engineering drawings (2d Assembly).
