Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Geotechnical) and/or Geoscience. Qualified Professional status expected with respect to Contaminated Sites Programs and/or Engineering Services
Excellent technical engineering and/or geoscience skills and clear, concise written and oral communication abilities.
Proven ability to deliver key financial performance, including growth in annual net bookings and net revenue
Strong client relationship skills with a successful track record of positioning, pursuing, and winning projects in the oil and gas sector with respect to Contaminated Sites/Restoration
10 to 15 years of experience in the oil and gas market with respect to Contaminated Sites/Restoration
Ability to lead and manage internal projects from inception to completion, ensuring the achievement of required delivery standards
Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking
