- Complete general cleaning and maintenance.
- Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems.
- Perform general landscaping to exterior of property
- Complete all assigned work for the entire make ready process from start to finish, adhering to company standards
- Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.
- Perform electrical repairs for residential properties, including lights and laundry.
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
- Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
- Perform patch, repair and carpet replacement as necessary
- Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.

- Driving to multiple location in DFW and surrounding areas
- Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid TX Driver's License
- Extremely organized with good communication skills.
- HVAC certification is a plus!
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
