Lead and support development of traffic operations analyses, corridor studies, design traffic forecasting, and statewide safety programs.
Serve as Task Manager and/or Project Manager on traffic studies and safety projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality assurance.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate traffic operations with broader transportation planning, safety, and multimodal design goals.
Contribute to and lead Roadway Safety Audits (RSAs), Safe Streets and Roads For All (SS4A) studies, crash analysis, and the development of safety countermeasures aligned with Vision Zero and GDOT’s statewide safety goals.

Proven experience working with state and local clients on operational or safety projects.
8–11+ years of progressive experience in traffic operations, planning, or safety engineering.
Knowledge of MTP processes, Complete Streets, and multi-jurisdictional project delivery.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Strong proficiency with Synchro and VISSIM required.
