Property Consultant - French / Spanish / Russian / Persian / Chinese / Dutch / German Speaker

Description

The Property Consultant will work closely with prospects and investors, identify their investment needs, provide expert advisory, and guide them through the full sales process.

You will represent PSI’s extensive real estate portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to clients interested in UAE property investment opportunities.

• Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and profitable opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and industry trends.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close sales/rental transactions.
• Build and nurture strong long-term client relationships, and ensure exceptional client servicing.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and tenants to ensure seamless transactions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of premium residential and commercial properties across Dubai.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and additional languages: French , Russian, Persian, Chinese, Spanish, German, Dutch
• Must be based in Dubai.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Advanced CRM system to support your pipeline
• 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate, in both off-plan and secondary market or has a background in Sales, Consulting, or Customer-Facing roles.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
