Cleans, prepares, and maintains order in the areas as assigned by the manager, and the equipment used on the job.
Deliver food, beverages, and related supplies to catered event buildings before scheduled event start time.
Pick up completed events and return food and equipment to the proper area.
Produces and serves the menu of the day as assigned.
Performs general food service work involving varied counter service tasks, preparation of food, and sanitation duties.
Washes dishes, pots, and pans.
Deliver and set up drop-off events before scheduled event start time.
Prepares and bakes a variety of oven-ready bread/bakery items according to the manufacturer’s directions and standards.
Receives customer orders, customer payments, and service tables as required.
Cleans and maintains areas such as, but not limited to, kitchens, dining rooms, and basements.
Orders, receives, and stores necessary food supplies, and maintains related records.
Observes safety standards and practices.
Uses and maintains tools and equipment in a proper manner, including but not limited to steamtables, coffee brewing equipment, fountain machines, and food display cases.
