Proven ability to design and deliver innovative solutions that align with client strategic goals and improve existing program outcomes.
5+ years of team leadership experience with a track record of driving strong client engagement and results.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
7+ years managing or implementing energy efficiency, demand response, or load management programs for North American utilities.
