The Senior Systems, Process & Governance Analyst will lead the finance operating platform, collaborating with finance teams, IT, external vendors and business leaders. The role focuses on optimising systems, processes and reporting while upholding best‑practice standards, compliance and effective user training. This position is pivotal in delivering value across the organisation.
Responsibilities include shaping governance structures for financial data, coordinating with IT on system enhancements, and keeping process documentation and risk controls current. The analyst will support high‑quality internal and external reporting, provide system user assistance and training, and help drive upgrades and improvement initiatives. Additionally, they will lend expertise to finance‑related projects and champion continuous improvement across all finance technology touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is a proactive finance professional with strong communication abilities and solid technical acumen. They excel in quality assurance, prioritisation and problem‑solving within a dynamic environment. Their organisational savvy and results‑driven mindset ensure delivery of high‑quality outcomes with a customer‑focused approach. Sound decision‑making and a passion for continuous learning are essential.
A tertiary qualification in accounting or finance, combined with extensive experience in financial systems, is required. Candidates should have a solid background in corporate and property accounting, preferably within a listed REIT, and be familiar with system upgrades and user support. Experience with Yardi and TM1 is highly advantageous. Proven capability to influence change, deliver training and build collaborative relationships is expected.
