Track quote win/loss outcomes to support margin analysis and competitive intelligence.
Process and track rebates, billbacks, and other pricing adjustments with a high degree of accuracy
Audit customer accounts to identify and correct outdated pricing, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with Finance on margin improvement, cost updates, and profitability analysis.
Track and update special customer pricing, assign new contract pricing, and maintain accurate customer pricing files.
Set up new products in pricing systems, including cost inputs, margin targets, and product categorization.
Verify pricing accuracy, lead times, freight terms, and program eligibility before releasing quotes.
Support annual and mid-year pricing updates and assist with internal pricing communications
Process pricing change requests and ensure all updates follow established approval workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve pricing issues identified by Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution partners.
Generate accurate quotes for Sales, distributors, contractors, national accounts, and vendor special job/project requests.
Partner with Product Management on pricing for new product introductions and product lifecycle changes.
Manage and maintain HVAC product pricing, including base pricing, discount structures, promotional updates, vendor price changes, and customer-specific pricing agreements.
