Aides in communication with the Design/Drafting teams to maintain standards.
Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
Collaborate closely with Engineering department and other teams to understand project requirements.
Supports conceptual and preliminary models/drawings to be used for development of product.
Assists in the development of 2D drafting/design tools to improve efficiency within the Engineering department.
Maintain existing engineering records and designs.
Optimize processes to enhance performance, productivity, and user experience.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation scripts & tools to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with other engineers, management, and the creative departments to determine design solutions.

Four-year degree in Computer Science (or similar field of study) or Four years of industry experience in similar technical field.

Experience using computer-aided design such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or SolidEdge is a plus.
Lift up to 50lbs.
Works effectively in a team environment.
Communicates effectively in written and spoken form.
Strong collaborative skills, effectively engaging with colleagues to drive projects forward through clear communication.
Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in utilizing a distributed version control system, particularly Git, with in a team setting.
Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
Experience using Python, VBA, C# or other programming languages.
