Quality Control Coordinator

This role is responsible for ensuring construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Quality Control Coordinator will work closely with project management, field teams, and subcontractors to maintain consistent quality and support timely project delivery.

• Assist with audits, inspections, and approvals from regulatory authorities or clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific quality control plans and procedures.
• Support preparation of reports for management and client reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality documentation.
• Document and track quality-related issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to resolve quality concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Provide guidance and training to site personnel on quality procedures and standards.

• Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance in civil or transit construction projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project documentation software, and quality management systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
