In this role you will advise JLL leads and DoD clients on large‑scale P3 projects, oversee reporting, and provide ad‑hoc analytical support. You will also evaluate market data, review legal and financial documents, and participate in on‑site assessments and client training. Maintaining the financial database and document‑management site will be part of daily duties.
- Advise JLL team leads and DoD clients on operational, financial, and legal aspects of large‑scale public‑private partnership projects.
- Prepare and deliver recurring client reports, including quarterly asset performance, compliance, operations, and account status updates.
- Provide ad‑hoc support such as drafting technical memos, creating briefing materials, investigating operational issues, and conducting financial analysis.
- Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real‑estate market data to inform decision‑making.
- Review and analyze legal contracts, financial reports, and operating plans during due diligence, negotiations, and restructurings.
- Conduct on‑site assessments of property operations and assist in client training sessions.
- Maintain the financial database and document‑management website.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have up to three years of experience. Travel up to 25% nationally is expected, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, public policy or related field (preferred).

- Knowledge of real‑estate operations and hotel management (preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports, presentations, and public speaking.
- Basic understanding of real‑estate finance, including budget analysis and pro‑forma development.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving, multitasking, and fast‑pace work abilities.
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 25% of the time.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
