Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Strong knowledge of EPC/Oil & Gas white-collar EPC roles (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
UAE experience preferred.
Understanding of visa processing and mobilization for international projects (added advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
