Company
Overview
Two engineers sparked a journey that grew into a coast-to-coast UK consultancy.
They carved their niche as subsidence experts in the ’80s, scoring regional insurer contracts and expanding into building surveying.
They became one of a select group handling subsidence for Royal & Sun Alliance.
Over decades, they evolved into a full-spectrum practice—structural design, cost advice, heritage restoration, claims work, and expert witnessing.
Clients include commercial landlords, insurers, and public bodies, addressing complex issues like flood, fire, and liability.
They keep solving challenging building and claims puzzles coast-to-coast.
