- Collaborate closely with the Director of Racquets and other professionals as needed in support of the group.
- Ensure a safe environment for employees, pickleball and tennis players. Must be able to administer and enforce policies.
- Manage and lead the program with an important level of ownership, positivity, customer service and people skills.
- Teach lessons and clinics; officiate league play.
- Partner with Marketing team to develop member communications and event materials.
- Run socials, match play, tournaments, and mixers, etc.
- Solicit member participation and lead member communications while building the program.

- Must possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- 4.5 USTA rating or higher.
- Proficient with Microsoft Products.
- Note: Consideration may be given to an applicant who is willing to obtain a certification within the first six (6) months of employment. Playing experience may be substituted for teaching experience.
- USTPA or PTR Certification or PTR Certification (must maintain annually)
- Minimum three (3) years of experience teaching tennis or pickleball.
