Assist in the development of strategic plans for existing and potential real estate investments.
Review scope and costs of existing maintenance contacts and accurately upload relevant data into property management software.
Handle delivery, response, and management of property tax documents.
Execute ad hoc tasks related to gathering data and preparing reports for management.
Build an understanding and adhere to laws, regulations and other arrangements governing assets such as debt covenants and tenancy legislation.
Support on updating dashboards by maintaining underlying data feeding into the dashboard.
Determine unit pricing based on prior renovations completed, current supply/demand, and relevant economic trends.
Address work orders pertaining to appliances in a timely manner to maintain excellent resident experience.
Develop models in Excel to monitor existing assets and identify potential revenue generating and expense saving opportunities.
Work cooperatively with the field team to facilitate timely delivery of lease documents.

Currently enrolled in a co-op or internship program as part of your current Bachelor’s degree program.

Strong analytical skills to identify and revenue generating and cost saving opportunities.
Attention to detail for accurate data entry and analysis
