Inside Sales

Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify HVAC parts online from OEM supplier parts lists.
• Provide technical support as needed.
• Prepare quotes and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers for RMA, credits, or replacement parts.
• Work with accounting to apply credits to appropriate accounts.
• Collaborate with warehouse to process orders and track shipments.
• Place orders for parts and equipment and enter sales orders/returns into the system.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Apply creative, resourceful problem‑solving and self‑starter attitude.
• Possess strong computer/technical skills; experience with Microsoft Office and POS systems is a plus.
• Retail parts‑counter, inside‑sales, or HVAC knowledge experience is an asset.
