• Manage your workload effectively, meeting project schedules and regularly reporting progress.
• Studying the effects of conduction, convection, and radiation on system thermal response.

Key Skills: Thermal Analysis, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), MATLAB / SIMULINK, Thermal Design Authority, Defence, Engineering

• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• MATLAB/Simulink-based thermal modelling.
• CFD for thermal behaviour assessment.
• Scripting in MATLAB or Python.
• Comfortable working independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated and organised approach to work.
• Degree qualified in a STEM discipline.
• Ability to make rapid, pragmatic assessments to support efficient design iteration.
• Proven experience conducting thermal analysis using hand calculations and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS).
• Expertise in one or more of the following:
• Experience in a comparable industry is advantageous.
