Represent Pattern at community events and conduct meetings with landowners, stakeholders and local leaders.
Plan and execute Pattern-led events including meetings, community gatherings, and informational sessions.
Provide program management and administrative support for public engagement plans and Pattern’s Community Giving Program.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify engagement opportunities and potential challenges and implement effective strategies to address those challenges.
Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
Create and distribute project updates and proactively communicate Pattern’s mission to stakeholders.
Identify and cultivate partnerships with community organizations to enhance Pattern’s presence in our local project communities.

Minimum of five years of experience in public engagement, community relations, project management, community organizing, campaigns or other related areas.
Valid driver’s license, transportation and willingness to travel across New Mexico and Arizona.
Travel requirement: ~ 50% of work time
Experience navigating complex projects with multiple stakeholder interests.
Ability to work approximately-40 hours, primarily during standard workdays, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend hours required.
Strong event planning and management abilities with attention to detail.
Strong relationship management skills with proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Preference for experience in political and/or issue-based campaigns.
Represent Pattern at community events such as fairs, rodeos and conventions.
