Monitor and report on SHEQ performance using MYOSH
Support training systems, including induction and records management
Engage and influence stakeholders on SHEQ best practices
Facilitate toolbox talks, safety observations, and daily pre-starts
Conduct site audits and inspections for internal crews and subcontractors
Lead and support incident investigations (ICAM)
Develop and maintain SWMS, SHE Management Plans, and Risk Registers
Participate in contractor evaluation and onboarding

Drug & Alcohol Testing certification
3+ years of experience in a SHEQ/WHS advisory role
White Card, First Aid & CPR certification
Experience using MYOSH and other compliance systems
Exposure to high-profile infrastructure projects
Certificate IV in WHS/OHS
Strong understanding of WHS legislation, ISO standards, and compliance practices
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
Background in utilities or infrastructure projects
Valid "C" Class Driver's Licence
National Police Clearance
