

Produces construction materials for infrastructure projects, including aggregates, cement, and asphalt.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. They should be able to work with minimal supervision, understand MSHA regulations, communicate effectively, and possess knowledge of machines, tools, and their maintenance.
The position requires physical capability to work outdoors year‑round, including climbing, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, and handling materials. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as the employee may be asked to perform additional tasks beyond the primary duties.
