Attending to queries from board members
Preparation for, organisation and conduct of board /board committee meetings, including recording of minutes of meetings
Maintenance of various Corporate Secretarial databases
Ensuring compliance with all company secretariat statutory (including licences) requirements of all SP Group entities (both local and overseas) such as filing of resolutions, filing of annual returns with ACRA, and working with overseas secretariat agents
