Should have a detailed understanding of the Design phases of the electro-mechanical products and the deliverables at each stage of the design.
Six sigma green belt and SAVE/VAVE certification will be added advantage.
Good Knowledge in component & assemblies processes such as plastic injection, Stamping, Sheet metal, Machining, Casting and Elec- Mechanical assemblies.
BE Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 to 10 years of Experience in HVAC, Appliances or Automotive industry.
Experience in PLM system is required to get drawings and cost data (Windchill) and analyze them to generate cost effective ideas.
Knowledge of VAVE methodology & Project life cycle, Project Engineering Activities.
