The rotation exposes participants to a broad range of teams, including Commercial Collaboration NGTL, Commercial Development NGTL, Non‑Regulated Commercial Enablement, Gas Strategy, Emissions Strategy & Compliance, Rates West/East, Nominations & Allocations, Regulatory Tolls & Tariffs, and Contracts.
The program spans three years, with the Business Analyst spending roughly 12 months in three distinct Analyst roles. Rotations are determined by a development plan and Canada Gas business requirements, and participants receive annual performance reviews and career‑progression support from the Rotation Program Management team.
Minimum qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or a related field completed by May 2026, up to two years of relevant professional experience (excluding co‑op or internship terms), a safety mindset, strong business acumen, and legal authorization to work in Canada.
Preferred attributes include knowledge of the oil and gas sector—especially pipelines—leadership potential, strong research, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, resilience, self‑motivation and adaptability.
