What you would be doing
mig welding
metal finishing
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform the necessary task.
- Perform MIG welding based on product needs, welding round and rectangular elements.
- De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture.

- Knowledge of welding safety procedures and willingness to use PPEs provided.
- Welding certification
- Welding certification a plus.
- Experience in using electrical or manual tools (grinders, saws, squares, calipers etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with a team lift.
- Knowledge of QC and product specifications.
- Certification in welding from a recognized technical institute or trade school is highly desirable.
- Prior work experience as a MIG welder
- Ability to use welding equipment and related tools effectively and safely.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High School Diploma.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
