- Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule
- Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or mediumsized projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staff
- Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreedto budget and schedule
- Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
- Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for lessexperienced Project Managers
- Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders
- Implement QA/QC procedures
- Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
- Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
- Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to closeout)

- 10+ years’ experience in planning, design or engineering facility projects
- LEED Accreditation, USGBC or sustainability certification/credentials
- Licensure in Architecture and/or Engineering
- Travel to client sites or other HDR offices is required. #LIJF1
- Design experience with various transportation operations and maintenance facilities and/or industrial facilities
- Power user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
- Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of design plan development
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience (PMP certification preferred)
- Past supervisory experience
