- Deliver raw materials to the process lines at a rate that allows us to meet our production goals
- Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times, including but not limited to proper Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
- Perform quality control checks on product during the production process to ensure that product specifications and standards are met
- Perform housekeeping duties to keep plant in a safe state
- Control production line processes (including poly area, raw materials, monitor operations, troubleshoot production issues and make adjustments when necessary).
- Operate production-classified machinery appropriately for each type of product movement or job duty
- Work as a team to drive our “people first” culture

- Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner while handling production material. In addition, to the forklift, operators must also have knowledge on how to safely operate additional equipment such as grinders, mills, and other hand tools etc.
- Innovate and Adapt
- Must be able to be forklift certified, requiring proper vision, hearing, and motor skills
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, standing for extended periods of time
- Must be able and willing to comply with PPE requirements at all times
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
