Document and maintain the approved baseline, earned value planning and management, and project execution strategy in a Project Management Plan.
Has responsibility for coordinating with project directors to understand resource demand and PM performance, assigning PM resources to projects, maximizing direct use of resources.
Proactively identify and achieve resolution of project problems and anticipated challenges, including escalation of issues within the NuScale organization when necessary.

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management is required. Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification program completion is required (or able to be obtained within first six months in role).

Nuclear industry or US Department of Energy project experience is preferred. Demonstrated in-depth understanding and application of PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge and Earned Value Management (ANSI/EIA-758-C) is required.
