Senior Planner

Description

• Risk & Delay Management – Identify potential risks and delays, collaborating with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
• Programme Development & Maintenance – Create and manage a projects MEP programmes using Elecosoft PowerProject and/or Primavera P6, ensuring compliance with Kier's Planning Standards and contract requirements.
• Programme & Supply Chain Reviews – Analyse subcontractor programmes, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting – Track project progress through site visits, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Eligibility for Security Clearance.
• Advanced knowledge and experience on Elecosoft/Asta Power Project software.
• Experience in working for either a Planning Consultancy or Contractor as an MEP Planner.
• Ability to create and deliver a fully logic linked MEP services programme from Pre-Construction through to handover.
• Collaboration & Lessons Learned – Lead coordination meetings, communicate key insights, and share lessons learned to improve project planning and execution
• Experience using Bluebeam software.
• Exposure to NEC and JCT forms of contract.
