Tasks

-Prepare accurate estimates independently or as part of a team -Generate punch lists and oversee closeout procedures -Submit monthly reports and RFIs -Analyze drawings and specifications to develop competitive bids -Issue purchase orders and manage submittals -Monitor costs, cash flow, and job cost analysis -Interpret construction contracts and bid requirements -Partner with field superintendents and crews to uphold quality standards -Develop and manage detailed project schedules -Verify payment applications and manage contract administration -Perform quantity takeoffs and material estimates -Solicit and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractors -Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams -Lead weekly project meetings and prepare documentation -Ensure schedule adherence and resolve issues proactively -Oversee awarded projects from kickoff to closeout (office and field)

-Able to work from a home office 80–90% of the time -Able to travel 10–20% as needed -Comfortable working in both office and field environments -Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset -Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills -Proficient with Excel, Bluebeam, Adobe Pro, MS Office -Proficient in reading blueprints and bid documents -Minimum 3 plus years of experience in estimating and project management -Strong knowledge of construction contracts, methods, and materials -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
