The role offers a broad scope with responsibilities such as shaping and delivering the Commercial Team’s strategic roadmap, coordinating a structured information framework for the new S/4HANA ERP environment, and collaborating with Defence stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes with broader ERP workstreams. You will also conduct analytical work to identify business requirements, process improvements, and system enhancement opportunities, and drive adoption of the new ERP system through policy, process, training, and change‑management initiatives.
We are looking for candidates with hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA transactional activities, preferably within commercial or procurement modules, and a demonstrated ability to work with senior executives in complex public‑sector environments. A background in procurement or commercial functions in Defence or other government settings, strong stakeholder engagement skills, independent judgement, and clear written and verbal communication are essential. Candidates must hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 security clearance, with possible ITAR compliance, and bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
