Garage Installer Associate

Description

As a Garage Coating Install Associate you will help transform garage floors using a proprietary polyurea base coat and exclusive polyaspartic top coat with a polycarbonate additive, which outperforms traditional epoxy. You will support the installation team by preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and applying coatings that meet exacting quality standards, while receiving hands‑on and classroom training to build technical skills.

• Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems, excluding garage door installation.
• Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assemblies.
• Safely handle and transport materials indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Perform surface detailing to ensure projects meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.

The role is based in Raleigh, NC, requires work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, and includes at least two weekend days per month to meet critical business needs.

• Experience with basic hand tools and various hardware types.
