Familiarity with compliance program design, audits, or internal investigations.
Familiarity with applicable regulatory frameworks such as NEPA, CEQA, CAA, CWA, FERC, DOE, EPA, or equivalent depending on jurisdiction and sector.
Working knowledge of administrative law and regulatory litigation processes.
Prior in-house counsel role at a company operating under a complex regulatory framework.
Experience supporting large-scale projects requiring permitting, siting, or environmental review.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
JD from an accredited U.S. law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Experience in one or more regulated sectors: energy, utilities, infrastructure, transportation, or environmental.
