This is a full-time, on-site Evening Janitor position based in St. Louis, MO. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of a commercial facility after business hours, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Your efforts will ensure that offices, restrooms, and shared spaces are consistently clean, safe, and prepared for use the next business day.

  • Clean windows, glass doors, and high-touch surfaces
  • Conduct routine floor care (e.g., spot cleaning carpets, dry/wet mopping hard floors)
  • Secure the facility as instructed, including locking doors and turning off lights
  • Restock paper products and cleaning supplies as needed
  • Ensure all assigned areas meet company and client cleanliness standards
  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and break areas
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs promptly

We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. This role requires a proactive mindset to uphold the facility's integrity and provide a safe, efficient environment for all occupants.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to reliability
  • Willingness to work in varied indoor environments and conditions
  • Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
  • Must meet any applicable background screening requirements in accordance with local, state, and federal laws
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
