In this role you will join a team that analyzes and resolves customer requests, including software queries, data correction, bug replication, and root‑cause analysis of recurring data issues. You will support business‑to‑business use of Wynne Systems products and manage tickets through our online ticketing system.
Build Your Career and Future at Wynne. We are hiring a self‑motivated Service Desk Analyst – L1 with experience in a service desk environment. The successful candidate will be organized, metrics‑driven, and capable of working with both technical and non‑technical users.
Key competencies include excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to explain complex ideas in clear English, strong analytical skills, and a tenacious, get‑things‑done attitude while collaborating well with others. Candidates should have 1‑3 years of prior service‑desk experience and be able to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
Travel may be required up to 10% of the time, though it is typically lower. This is a regular, full‑time position with one opening.
