- Assist the Project Manager in the authorization and/or approval of all project staffing including, but not limited to, the choice of superintendent, general foremen, and foremen.
- Assist in the maintenance of all official project documentation and logs.
- Assist in the total construction and design effort (if applicable) to ensure the project is constructed following design, budget, and schedule.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
- Assist the Project Manager with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change order requests.
- Act as a liaison to coordinate communication between both internal and external members on the project. Including, but not limited to, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.
- Assist in providing directions to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
- Assist with estimating projects and creating bid proposals.
- Assists in the implementation/interpretation of safety programs and ensures that all OSHA requirements are met.

- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Occasional travel to the project site or working from the project site may be required.
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Accubid, or other construction technology is a plus.
- Must possess a strong desire to start a career in the electrical construction industry.
- Must possess strong attention to detail and ensure maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Must currently be enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or business-related field.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.
- Prior construction experience is a plus.
- $22.00 or $24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
