We’re looking for a Survey Crew Chief who loves being in the field, solving problems, and leading crews on some of the most exciting power and renewable energy projects happening in the country. Think big - expansive solar fields, large boundary surveys, and wide-open landscapes that let you do what you do best: precision work with purpose.
Confidence working with Trimble equipment and Trimble Business Center.
Willingness to travel occasionally for bigger projects (and the occasional adventure).
At least 7 years of experience working as a Survey Crew Chief
Strong understanding of large boundary surveys and the ins and outs of energy project work.
Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and survey data like a roadmap.

- Solid communication skills - you know how to keep your team in sync.
