Physical Test Technician I

Description

• Prepare test samples.
• Prepare data entry using MS Excel, record data points in tracking system, maintain accurate data records.
• Perform physical testing of consumer products using automated laboratory equipment and manual techniques.
• Adheres to all safety and regulatory guidelines
• Execute test methods in a laboratory setting.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare precise measurements of materials using various apparatus.

Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented and possess a high degree of accuracy.
• Must have the ability to work with and smell fragrances
• Previous experience in the consumer products, pharmaceuticals, personal care, and/or food and beverage industries is preferred. Experience working in an FDA/cGMP regulated environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and possess ability to learn any new software.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills for success in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Associates Degree in a science or engineering related field of study or 1-2 years experience in a science or mechanical role using hand tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
