Execute enterprise-wide process mapping by creating detailed, consistent maps across the Operations platform, with a primary focus on core construction processes and the opportunity to extend upstream (Design) or downstream (Procurement, Closeout, etc.) as program needs grow.
Process maps to include responsibilities, steps, clicks, keystrokes, decision points, systems, handoffs, exceptions, and failure modes. These maps should provide a complete end-to-end understanding of the project lifecycle, surfacing insights, gaps, and issues that drive operational improvements as well as AI and automation opportunities.
Support additional Ops Ex initiatives as needed.
Advance high-value operational areas (Requisitions, Schedule Update
Drive process maturity across all in-flight Operations Excellence (Ops Ex) programs through framework creation, ensuring full documentation of all in scope processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with ConTech, AI Studio, Operations, and Departmental Leaders to ensure alignment and successful execution of process initiatives.
Lead the development of process adherence benchmarks and ROI assessment of impacted processes for a given improvement effort
Assist in the development and application of structured prioritization criteria — including time to complete, audience impact, process maturity, and risk — to guide process analysis and improvement sequencing.
