Support cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers with and other facilities in a timely, professional manner.
Complete paperwork and filing for freight claims and daily receiving maintenance.
Use RF scan gun to manage inventory and track inbound/outbound freight.
Communicate with Warehouse Supervisor and/or Branch Manager to ensure coverage of all warehouse areas.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues promptly.
Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for delivery or customer pickup.
Prepare returns for shipment to Tigard branch or vendor direct.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
Update bin locations as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated warehouse areas daily.
Receive and process daily rush orders and weekly corporate/Tigard orders.
Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper storage of materials.
Replenish from overstock areas and rotate stock when appropriate.
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including handling returns or exchanges as needed.
Pull will-call orders for customer pickup and check staging of orders.
Label new inventory and follow proper put-away procedures.
Recycle cardboard and empty branch garbage twice weekly.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in both warehouse and vehicle.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Verify delivery documentation, load accuracy, and ensure secure transport of goods.
Attend ongoing training classes and assist with special projects as assigned.
Process ship-outs, warranty returns, and ensure proper documentation.
Schedule and coordinate inbound freight when necessary.
Put away stock according to agreed standards and procedures.
Order and return compressed gas tanks as needed.

Assist with replenishing, order pulling, shipping, and showroom stocking.
Assist with receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments.
Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety standards.
Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Assist with counter/phone sales and call customers regarding back orders when necessary.

Minimum 3–5 plus years of delivery driving experience, preferably in a warehouse/distribution setting.
HVAC/R experience a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to cross state lines for deliveries.
Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds regularly.
1–3 years of warehouse experience, including shipping/receiving and material handling.
Attention to detail, and high accuracy.
Ability to type 30–50 wpm, operate office equipment, and use 10-key/calculator.
Box truck driving experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Customer service/sales experience.
All new hires must be able to successfully pass a background check, MVR screening (if applicable, for roles with driving responsibilities), and a pre-employment drug screening.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Strong technology skills; ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems.
Forklift experience preferred.
