Minimum 5 years of experience with circuit protection product engineering, product manufacturability and engineering changes.
Project Management Tools
Experience designing power distribution equipment, switch devices, switchgear, or circuit breakers.
Knowledge in design thinking, artificial intelligence (AI), and Agile methodologies to drive innovative solutions and ensure efficient project execution.
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Proficient in the use of:
Ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, or a related discipline.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Additive Manufacturing knowledge
Product launch tools experience is a plus (PPAP, FMEA, etc)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for optimizing engineering designs.
