Work with third-party property managers to prepare lease-up and stabilized leasing/operational strategies
Provide secondary support for due diligence activities on new acquisitions including analyzing property operating statements and cash flow projections
Assist in annual budget reviews and property valuations
Prepare investment waterfall analysis for refi or disposition activities
Prepare Return on Investment (ROI) analyses for each property in the portfolio and recommend a long – term strategy for each property. This will include sell/hold/refinance determinations, evaluations of capital needs and sources of funding. Analysis will consider historical performance trends, 10-year projections and workout and re-positioning options for properties, as needed
Assist in the review of monthly operational reports from third-party property managers
Provide information and reports as needed to debt and equity providers
Analyze individual property performance through review of financial reports and develop internal system to provide summary property performance information to Owners
Maintain cash flow models on assets and update regularly for new operational activities
Assist in disposition activities
Act as a liaison with equity and debt contacts to provide operational insights and information as needed
