Manage a pipeline of leads to qualify, engage, and develop relationships with potential customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports & projections

Own large, complex contract negotiations with executive-level potential customers to define pricing & terms
Drive engaging & innovative virtual demonstrations and presentations by partnering closely with the Customer Solutions Engineer team
Strategically position the value of Fieldwire’s software and help mold the sales process for mid-market construction businesses
Develop and execute sales plans by collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive predictable sales cycles

3-5+ years experience working & negotiating with executive-level contacts, full sales cycle experience, preferably B2B
Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively across potential new accounts
Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects/deals at same time
Technology-savvy with ability and desire to sell virtually
Self-motivated and highly organized, with strong time management skills
Experience in demoing software across multiple stakeholders, in construction industry a strong plus
Strong negotiation skills; ability to navigate & successfully execute commercial and executive-level negotiations
Ability to develop & implement complex strategies to drive sales; excellent diagnostic skills
1-2+ years of SaaS selling experience, a strong plus; strong consultative selling experience with ability to manage highly strategic & complex new accounts
Consistent track record of successful management of sales in a quota-carrying role
