Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the firmwide marketing team to create content for the website, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with the firm’s branding.
Data Management: Maintaining our Deltek Vantagepoint system, including updating contacts, employee details, and pursuit tracking.
Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation: Design marketing collateral consistent with STUDIOS brand, including brochures, presentations, and digital graphics to support project proposals and internal communications.
Market Research: Actively stay informed on industry trends and market trajectories to inform marketing strategies.
Content Development: Write, edit, and proofread project descriptions, case studies, bios, award/survey submissions, and other marketing materials, tailoring the content to resonate with different audiences. Organizing our digital marketing materials, such as photography using OpenAsset, media and press content, and standard materials. Coordinate and facilitate photo shoots with our clients and photographers.
Proposal Support: Collaborate with firm leadership to develop and produce proposals, qualifications, and interview presentations—ensuring all materials are clear, visually engaging, and meet client requirements.
